i have decided to close my blog, as i find that i cannot commit anytime to blog anything that i want. i feel that year 2 life in poly getting tougher and tougher. i should concentrate on my studies now.

I went to pray the Guan Yin temple and four-Faced Buddha at the Bugis area. There was so crowded with a lot of people. After that I shopped around the Bugis Village and Bugis Junction shopping centre. In the Open area there was a Fashion show event going on. All the model are “ Ang Moh” . I can I hardly saw any Chinese model. After the show ended I went to the arcade area. I saw a lot of teenagers gather there to play computer games and video games. I saw a few teenage couples were engrossed playing certain games. I don know what the games called. In side the machine have a lot of candies and soft toys. I don know what is the rule as it is my first time saw this game. I saw the couples just need to gather candies as many as possible than u can win the Soft toy that u want. I saw one particular couple won 2 soft toys and using a big plastic bag to collect their candies. I assume the weight of the candies should be around 1.5 KG. That’s really a lot. This couples really spend a lot of money on this games as I can see they always pt the coin into the machine in order to continue the games. I feel that they really spend the money like water. I think the person that in charge the Arcade gain a lot of money from the teenagers. As I can see a lot of new modern video games there.

Outside the SEIYU Shopping Centre I saw a lot of children playing water at fountain areas. They seems enjoyed themselves and playing with other children. All their clothing get wet. I feel that they may get flu easily if they parents do not bring any extra clothes.

At 5 pm I leave that place and on my way home.

I went for AEM (Advanced Elective Module) meeting for School of Life Science and Chemical Technology on thursday. As our lecturer need 7 students in that event. My task is to be a student leader. AEM programme is for secondary school students who keen to know all the poly life and what module that we will been studying. My friends and I had planned a lot of games for them such as NP Amazing Race. I am sure it will be quite fun and enjoyable. We will be taking 20 selected students from Yusof Ishak Secondary School. The student will also visiting NUS ,NUH lab and food factory such as mushroom farm. Module that they will study for 5 days in NP is Microbiology. They will be studying different form of bacteria. I am sure we can do the task well.

After meeting, I went to the school library to choose my IS (Interdisciplinary subject) module that I will be taking for this April semester. We are given 5 choices of module to choose. There are Entrepreneurship, Event Management, Community, Lifestyle, and Environment. I choose Event management module. I feel that I want to give a try to organize one event although I don’t really have any talent in business.

At night I have wonderful day chatting with my buddy, Skyrek in msn. We chat a lot of thing including current affairs and we also talk about our past secondary school life. i should end here.

Hi everyone, it haven been a long time I never blog. A lot of thing had happened around me. Firstly I had gotten my results 2 weeks ago. I did not satisfied with it as I have try my best to do it well but my GPA drop from 3.62 to 3.41. A lot of thing I must do to improve my GPA in order to get in to the local university. This coming semester I must work doubly hard to achieve my goals. Secondly I celebrated CNY with my family in Indonesia. I feel that I don have the mood to celebrate as their no atmosphere and urge on me to celebrate the joy. the CNY eve at 12am 8 bunch of firecrackers were used by the temple to mark the arriving of the first day of Chinese new year (初一). At night fireworks were shoot up to the sky and liondances . There were many performances like singing competition and dance. which organize by the 百家姓. It is a Chinese organization. Wow there were a lot of Chinese people went to watch the performances even the malay also join in. I watched the fire works and firecrackers from my house windows. It really brighten up my mood as I feel that this organizer sped a lot of money to celebrate this day meaningfully. The last day of CNY (初十五) it also the same perfomances to mark the end of the CNY like firecrackers and fireworks.

Secondly my country had an earthquake in end of February which caused thousands people lost their lives and some even injured badly. much of homes and the school badly destroyed. This earthquake happened to be located in the west Java. I feel very sad after I watch the news and read the newspaper.I am so proud of the Singapore government and the United Nations who send the first aids and the paramedics to help up to this affected areas.

Thirdly, plane crash incident in Yogyakarta in early March . It is a Garuda Airplanes which resulted a lot of passengers injured and some loss their lives. The compesation amount for the passengers who have died or injured is very few. The insurance company will pay 1 million rupiah( S$200) to the injured people and 10 millions rupiah(s$2000) to the immediate family who they loved one had died in this inccident. I had just found out from the newspaper that Indonesia happen to have ten cases of air planes accidents in the past ten years. I feel that very sad that my country did not take the safety of the passengers seriously.

Fourthly, the issue of banning the granite and sand export to Singapore. This issue had not been solved till now. My hometown is the one who provide the sands and the granite to Singapore. The banning of exporting of granites to SG resulted many workers lost the jobs and unable to bring their monthly income to the family. The workers there decided to have demonstration on the road to protest the government and they hope that govt can resolve the issue ASAP.Targeted 1,500 workers involved in the demonstration and the workers also rong their family too to show unsatisfaction.

Fifthly, it is a very important issue that affect my family including me. We experience blackout every twice a weeks . the duration is 8 hours without the electricity. It is because one of the power supply generator is broke down and need time to repair it. Wow, I was sweating like hell and getting mosquitoes bites. I read the newspaper that the power supply issue will be solve this coming November. The govt had make a promise by the year 2009 the govt will have a sufficient power supply for every houses. I really hope that this issue can solve properly.

Wow It is such a long post. Thanks for the time to read it. I feel that Singapore is my first home compare to Indonesia.Singapore is the safe and beautiful country. i will definitely bring my family to live here.

Hi, All readers. It seems that I have not been updating for a long time due to a lot of project need to be done. I have set a New Year resolution for myself. First of all is I hope I can succeed in my studies and everything that I do. I had encountered a lot of problem that very difficult to settle but only Derek and Qiyou will understand it. I wonder why I am unable to handle the feeling well. Sometimes I am really don noe what I am doing, I manage to put the problem aside and concentrate for my studies. One idiom goes “ACTION SPEAK LOUDER THAN A WORDS”. I am really need time to overcome it. By the way my final exam is around the corner. I have got started to prepare now. I always believe that study the earlier is better because Last minutes study will make us more panic which would affect our result. Sometimes if u unable to get ur expectation, u will feel disappointed at the end. Last but not least I have choose my elective module for my second yr course. I will study Plants instead of Fish. I feel that it is quite useful for my other module as I can apply the same technique during the practical. For those who are having exam , wish u “ ALL THE BEST” and take care.

i want to share one video clip with u all. I was inspired by this video as i can learn alot of thing for example a very good piece of work need a lot time and effort to do it. This video was shared by one of my lecturer.

Everything you see really happened in real time exactly as you see it.

The film took 606 takes. On the first 605 takes, something, usually very
minor, didn't work. They would then have to set the whole thing up again.
The crew spent weeks shooting night and day. By the time it was over, they
were ready to change professions.

The film cost six million dollars and took three months to complete
including full engineering of the sequence. In addition, it's two minutes
long so every time Honda airs the film on British television, they're
shelling out enough dough to keep any one of us in clover for a lifetime.

However, it is fast becoming the most downloaded advertisement in Internet
history. Honda executives figure the ad will soon pay for its self simply

commercial!).

only six hand-made Honda Accords in the world. To the horror of Honda
engineers, the filmmakers disassembled two of them to make the film.

Everything you see in the film (aside from the walls, floor, ramp, and
complete Honda Accord) is parts from those two cars.

The voiceover is Garrison Keillor. When the ad was shown to Honda
executives, they liked it and commented on how amazing computer graphics
have gotten.

They fell off their chairs when they found out it was for real. Oh, and
about those funky windshield wipers. On the new Accords, the windshield
wipers have water sensors and are designed to start doing their thing
automatically as soon as they become wet.

It have a long time since i am blogging. first of all i wondering , am i change a lot in term of my characteristic. i am found that i have become more lazy and do not take thing seriously on the school work. i am saying that because all the hard work that i put in , do not really pay off well. i have really try my best to study for it but the result do not turn up whati expected. it is a great disappointed. The common test is coming in three weeks times. i have juststarted the revision last week. i am wondering , is it too late.... haiya. sometimes i feel that why the word LOVE is so complicated.i feel that we need to have a courage and guts to go for it and prevent any regret. sometimes we are unable to accept the consequences. that all. this entry is for me to vent out my opinion and all the thing that have kept inside my heart for a long time. hopefully i can change for a better person.

here are some of the story that help to inspire u when u do not have any motivation to study hard. hopefully this story can cheer u up.

Once upon a time a daughter complained to her father that her life wasmiserable and that she didn't know how she was going to make it. She was tired of fighting and struggling all the time. It seemed just as one problem was solved, another one soon followed.

Her father, a chef, took her to the kitchen. He filled three pots withwater and placed each on a high fire. Once the three pots began to boil, he placed potatoes in one pot, eggs in the second pot, and ground coffee beans in the third pot.

He then let them sit and boil, without saying a word to his daughter.

The daughter, moaned and impatiently waited, wondering what he was doing.
After twenty minutes he turned off the burners. He took the potatoes out of the pot and placed them in a bowl. He pulled the eggs out and placed them a bowl. He then ladled the coffee out and placed it in a cup.

Turning to her he asked. "Daughter, what do you see?"

"Potatoes, eggs, and coffee," she hastily replied.

"Look closer", he said, "and touch the potatoes." She did and noted that they were soft.

He then asked her to take an egg and break it. After pulling off theshell, she observed the hard-boiled egg.

Finally, he asked her to sip the coffee. Its rich aroma brought a smile to her face.

"Father, what does this mean?" she asked.

He then explained that the potatoes, the eggs and coffee beans had eachfaced the same adversity - the boiling water. However, each one reacteddifferently.

The potato went in strong, hard, and unrelenting, but in boiling water, it became soft and weak.

The egg was fragile, with the thin outer shell protecting its liquidinterior until it was put in the boiling water. Then the inside of the egg became hard.

However, the ground coffee beans were unique. After they were exposed to the boiling water, they changed the water and created something new.

"Which are you," he asked his daughter. "When adversity knocks on yourdoor, how do you respond? Are you a potato, an egg, or a coffee bean? "

In life, things happen around us, things happen to us, but the only thing that truly matters is what happens within us.

First of all I would like to thanks this person who had wished me Happy Birthday. There are Derek, Shi Hui, Arthur, Yan Hui, Suwati, Zulfadli , Ezza and Shinta, Gary, Rona and Rogers. I am really appreciating it very much. Ok let talk about how I spend my birthday. Despite it is my birthday. I am still working at PSC. The job really quite tiring but it was first time work as packer. Last time I always thought that packer is a quite a relaxing job but I was wrong after I am experience it myself. It really requires a lot of energy. However I have a lot fun there. The workers there are very friendly. Sometimes I find it that their jobs are quite simple as they only need to find all the products in the warehouse that the supermarket needed then transfer it to the van. All simply is done by machine. How lucky they are. Last time where got machines to work for them. They all must use their own strength n energy to carry it. It is like a “coolie”. Wednesday and Thursday I am off but Friday and Monday must go back work again. How come money is very hard to earn? Hopefully I will spend all my salary wisely. On the way back I saw Jia yin, Hui Shan and Caris. Wow it have been long time we never meet each other so we chat about the poly life. After that i went back home.
Last but not least one of my birthday wish is I hope I can pass my Exam well and hope I will be healthy and happy always.

Today start working at the PSC as a packer. Quite tiring but I enjoy it very much. It is three days working from today, Monday n tuesday. The supervisor request me n my friends to come back on Wednesday if we r unable to finish the work. our job is to pack a sponge into one dozen. Each box contain 24 sponge. One pellet contain 30 boxes . so we need to cut the box into to half then put equal amount of sponge into the box. Then we need to paste another hard vanguard on it, label then get organized. Today we are able to finish 2 pallets. I am working halfday today due to weekend. For Mon and Tue I will work from 8.30am till 5.30. From my opinion I feel that money is very hard to earn ,that why we all should try to save as mush as u can for our future needs.

Hi, I am back again. Sorry for not updating due to exam week. I have just finish my exam this thursday. Overall I feel that I did quite ok although I have made some mistakes. After school went out with my friends for lunch. Then i meet qiyou and Richard to play table tennis at block 188. Wow, we really enjoy our games very much. We have mini competition between us. We play till 11pm. After that went to mac for a drink n chit chatting till 12am.

I have not been updated my blog for long time due to projects and homework. First of all I had get back my common test results during first week school reopen, haiya although the results was not quite well done but I have try my best. First and for most, cell biology subject I get an A and Organic biological chemistry(OBC) I get a C. I feel quite disappointed with the OBC. The OBC test paper is quite difficult than I expected. I thought that I might fail this subject. I am rushing a pile of project that due next week. Well, I have almost complete 80% of it. The "big Event" is coming soon, next month. It is FINAL EXAM. Wow I have not revised yet. Hopefully I can start to study for the exam after finish all my project presentation. Ok SHOULD END HERE and get back to my work. Last but not least I would like to share this to all of u , "While no road is ever straight, dedication and persistent will always lead you to your dream".

wake up at 10.. i call up the SPCA to do an interview on my project about the animal abuse. the interview is very successful but i was so shock when i ask the person "how many animals are put to sleep every year?" the person said " 11,000 of animals every year". this was a huge amount. i feel so sad that why the owner of the pet was so irresponsible for abandon their pets like that.. haiya.. i hope that everyone who own the pet at home pls be more responsible and committed to take care their pet. pls don abandon and abuse them . afterall animals is a form of life too...ok i should end here.

Today wake up at 12 o'clock. i am doing the newspaper cuttings on the animal abuse. after that send my wishes to my father and godfather as today is a Father's day..hope that they will stay healthy and cheerful..i went out to the compass point for my lunch at 3pm. wow... that place is crowded with a lot of people buying alot stuffs as today is the last day for great singapore sales. i saw alot of youngster playing X-box games like Germany world cup 2006. By the way the world cup fever really influenced alot of youngster and old uncles to buy bet... As i noe that it is easier to earn money ..But it is a small chances to win as i feel that sometimes the prediction isn't so accurate..from my experience once i start to bet, i will become more addicted to it..sometimes i lost more money that i won .Therefore i seldom bet on soccer. B4 i end this entry i wish every single father in the world,"HAPPY FATHER'S DAY".

today go to school at 8am to continue with the project. Very sian . I wonder why poly life got so many things to do.. Sigh.... i am also return one book to the library. i was so shock when i return it to the self-service machine. There is no any receipt come out. i asked the librarian to help up. she just simply ignored me and ask me to check the PC. I understand that the librarian r busy so no time to entertain me.Haiyo very troublesome. Simply make my life so difficult..After done my project i had my lunch with my fren at school canteen. wow that place was crowded with a lot of students who dressed formally. some of them have graduate liao. i think today is the graduation ceremony . The most suprising was i saw few of them wore army uniform to attend the ceromony. very weird right!!!. today woke up at 8.15 am as i am need to rush to school to do my group project. haiya life is getting tougher in poly. No choice life must go on. i fee that it is not a holiday for me. I am happy as my parents come to Singapore to visit me and settle some important matter in school . i enjoyed myself very much as i hv not seen my parents for 2 months. Miss them alot. Monday very unlucky my laptop get virus.. someone send me the link loh so i click after few seconds my all system lag. shit man. very angry. luckily i use anti spyware n symantec antivirus to get rid of the virus. if i am able to find out who is the hacker, i will beat him up b4 hand it to police.
ok should stop here.
